It’s for players, parents, and coaches navigating youth hockey through high school and beyond who want more than just performance advice. Each episode explores the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual sides of development through honest conversations with experienced players, coaches, trainers, and leaders in the game — all viewed through the lens of faith and truth, not opinion.
The goal is simple:
to help athletes maximize their experience, grow into strong men and women, and pursue excellence with clarity, discipline, and purpose — with Jesus as the foundation that guides it all.
For some, the pursuit leads to high levels of hockey. For others, it ends in high school. Both paths matter. Both shape who you are becoming. Both are worthy of everything you give.

WHAT WE’RE BUILDING
Strapped is building a Christ-centered brotherhood within the hockey community — where men are known, supported, and challenged to pursue Jesus together.
This work is happening in real life. Through college team chapels, one-on-one mentorship, small groups, and Bible studies, we are walking alongside players, coaches, and retired athletes as they navigate the game and life with faith at the center. For retired players, we’re building consistent brotherhood through workouts, community, and accountability. For coaches, we are developing seminars focused on leading teams in a way that honors Jesus — on and off the ice.
Everything we do is about showing up — together. Serving the hockey community with truth, building real relationships, and creating a place where men can grow in faith without judgment, knowing we are all in this pursuit side by side under Christ.
This takes a team.
